1986's Atavachron, Allmusic link here. There is some excellent drumming on this disc, I really like Husband's playing, thick sound and interesting beats that seem "backwards". I left out the Synth-Axe tracks, I am not a big fan of the Holdsworth minus drums.

Thanks, Benrand.
You know, Gary and Billy
are buddies. These were
great sessions for him.
Of course, Tony is Tony.

Gary has been playing keyboards in Billy's band recently. He's a fantastic composer and a ridiculous straight ahead drummer too. I get to see him here in London and am constantly blown away by his playing.
He has a brilliant trio with Gene Calderazzo (Joes's brother) on drums and Mick Hutton on bass.... have any of you lot every heard Gene play? He's one of my favourite drummers without a doubt. He's SO creative and swings like crazy. His dialogue is just the hippest and he's really schooled. Like Elvin, Tony and Tain all rolled into one but with so much fire it's incredible. Pete, I try not to post stuff that could still be purchased, but I haven't seen this album in many places. I had a tape of it, but I threw out all my tapes nsince I got a cd playe rin my car.
Gary plays with gusto. I like hearing guys lay into the kit and not pull back.

Gary is a great player.
He's really liquid and
a fine compliment to the
incomprehensible talent
that is Alan.
Tony's "Looking Glass"
is SO 'unearthly', though,
as was Tony himself.
This is not available
anymore, I'm pretty sure.
Great stuff, Benrand!
Thanks again.
I have heard "Looking
Glass" 39 times, so far...
I have tears in my eyes...

Love it.... Oops, I guess I mis-spoke when I said Tony played on "Mr. Berwell" in an earlier post. Mea Culpa.....
Does anyone have Road Games kicking around as well?

Hello All-
I tried to download the Mp3's and after waiting about 49 million hours, my Macintosh iTune library was unable to read it!!!!!
Would one of you kind drum brothers who have the ability please repost these in a Quicktime format for me and the millions and millions of The Mac's fans? I would so appreciate it. I love Holdsworth and would really like to get these.
Thanks in advance. Take care. F.S.

Thank You Peter. I appreciate the response and willingness to help.
Tell me about Gary Husband's playing? I have heard about him for years, but have heard nothing by him.
Take Care All. F.S.
